About PulseMetrics

PulseMetrics is operated by TheAppMill. PulseMetrics provides WordPress plugin intelligence, public WordPress.org plugin analysis, keyword tracking, rankings, reports, recommendations and related tools through the website and the PulseMetrics Free, Premium and PRO WordPress plugins.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure and all activity under your account. You must use PulseMetrics lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

Free, Premium and PRO versions

PulseMetrics Free is the WordPress.org version with limited tracking and keyword features. PulseMetrics Premium and PulseMetrics PRO are separate commercial editions with higher limits and additional features. Current plan features, usage limits and pricing are shown on the PulseMetrics website.

Premium and PRO purchases provide access to the relevant commercial download, updates and support according to the plan offered at checkout. The free plugin does not download or install paid code automatically.

Plugin software

The PulseMetrics WordPress plugins are provided for use in WordPress installations. You are responsible for testing the plugin in your own environment, keeping WordPress and plugins updated, and maintaining backups before installing updates or paid editions.

Reports, rankings and recommendations

PulseMetrics reports are informational tools. Scores, keyword positions, directory ranks, competitor signals, forecasts, alerts and recommendations are estimates based on available public data and local plugin history. They do not guarantee downloads, revenue, rankings, approval on WordPress.org or other results.

Third-party data and availability

PulseMetrics depends in part on public WordPress.org data and other service providers. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, changed or unavailable. We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of PulseMetrics and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans and commercial plugin editions are processed by the payment provider shown during checkout. Taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms and refund terms shown during checkout form part of your purchase. PulseMetrics does not store complete payment-card details.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the plugin slugs, keywords, account details and other information you submit to PulseMetrics. You must not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading information, or use PulseMetrics to interfere with WordPress.org, other plugins or third-party services.

Intellectual property

PulseMetrics branding, design, reports, website content and original service features belong to TheAppMill. WordPress, plugin names, trademarks and third-party services belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PulseMetrics is provided “as is.” TheAppMill is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, plugin software, third-party data or reliance on PulseMetrics reports.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PulseMetrics changes. Continued use of PulseMetrics after changes means you accept the updated terms.
