Terms and conditions
Please review the following terms carefully before using WaiterMate.
1. Service
WaiterMate is a restaurant operations app designed to support order management, synchronization between waiter, kitchen, and bar, staff logins, restaurant settings, and order export functionality.
2. Eligibility
You may use WaiterMate only if you are authorized to act on behalf of your restaurant or business.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of restaurant IDs, PINs, manager credentials, and device access used with the app.
4. Subscription Terms
WaiterMate Basic is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscription name: WaiterMate Basic
- Length: 1 month
- Price: $99 per month
- Free trial: 7 days for eligible users
- Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period
- Your account will be charged within 24 hours before renewal
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings
5. Trial Eligibility
Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one introductory offer per subscription group.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use WaiterMate for unlawful purposes.
7. Data and Availability
We aim to provide reliable access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may depend on network connectivity and third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
WaiterMate and its content are owned by Lise Rasmussen and protected by applicable laws.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if usage creates risk.
10. Disclaimer
WaiterMate is provided “as is” without warranties, except where required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updates.
