1. Service

HotelMate is a hotel operations app designed to manage room status, synchronize housekeeping, reception, and maintenance, and improve daily workflow across hotel teams.

2. Eligibility

You may use HotelMate only if you are authorized to act on behalf of your hotel or business.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of hotel IDs, PINs, manager credentials, and device access used with the app.

4. Subscription Terms

HotelMate Basic is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Subscription name: HotelMate Basic
• Length: 1 month
• Price: $99 per month
• Free trial: 7 days for eligible users
• Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period
• Your account will be charged within 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings

5. Trial Eligibility

Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one introductory offer per subscription group.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use HotelMate for unlawful purposes.

7. Data and Availability

We aim to provide reliable access, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may depend on network connectivity and third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

HotelMate and its content are owned by Lise Rasmussen and protected by applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if usage creates risk.

10. Disclaimer

HotelMate is provided “as is” without warranties, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updates.
